目的调查天津市医用电子直线加速器设备性能状况,为放射治疗提供保障。方法按照国家相关标准GB15213-94对医用直线加速器部分主要性能指标进行检测。结果大部分加速器的检测指标都能符合国家相关标准要求,但是检测过程中也存在一些问题:吸收剂量相对偏差合格率为91.7%,最大偏差为3.21%;剂量示值的日稳定性合格率为83.3%;射野的均整度的合格率为83.3%;剂量示值的重复性、剂量示值的线性、射野的对称性、辐射质的偏差、等中心精度、射野与光野的重合度等指标的合格率均能达到100%。结论应规范对加速器的质量控制程序,坚持进行日常监测和质量管理,提高医学物理师的专业素质确保治疗剂量准确性,保证放射治疗效果,减少放疗对于正常组织的损害。
Objective To investigate the performance of medical linear accelerator equipment in Tianjin and provide protection for radiation therapy. Methods According to the national standard GB15213-94, the main performance indexes of the medical linear accelerator were tested. Results Most of the accelerators’ detection indexes could meet the requirements of relevant national standards. However, there were some problems in the detection process: the relative deviation of absorbed dose was 91.7% and the maximum deviation was 3.21%; the daily stability of dose indication was 83.3%. The pass rate of homogeneity of the field was 83.3%. The repeatability of the dose indication, the linearity of the dose indication, the symmetry of the radiation field, the deviation of the radiological quality, the center accuracy, the coincidence degree of the radiation field and the light field Other indicators of the pass rate can reach 100%. Conclusion The quality control procedures for accelerators should be standardized, and routine monitoring and quality management should be adhered to, the professional qualities of medical physicians should be improved, the dose accuracy should be ensured, the radiotherapy effect should be guaranteed, and the damage to normal tissues should be reduced.
