目的:量化评价治疗剂量153Sm-EDTMP骨显像的效果并探讨其显像条件和临床应用范围。方法:肿瘤骨转移患者52例,99Tcm-MDP骨显像后3d~12d内首次接受153Sm-EDTMP内放射治疗并行153Sm-EDTMP骨显像,将两种骨显像效果进行目测比较,以感兴趣区(ROI)技术分别测得两种显像的M/N比值并将其对数值进行配对资料t检验的统计学处理。结果:治疗剂量153Sm-EDTMP骨显像M/N比值为2.63,高于99Tcm-MDP骨显像M/N比值2.16。治疗剂量153Sm-EDTMP骨显像效果优于99Tcm-MDP。结论:在153Sm-EDTMP治疗骨转移瘤时注射后可直接进行显像观察骨转移病情变化,节省部分骨显像剂99Tcm-MDP的使用。
OBJECTIVE: To quantitatively evaluate the therapeutic effect of 153Sm-EDTMP bone imaging and to explore its imaging conditions and clinical application. Methods: Fifty-two patients with tumor metastasis and 153Sm-EDTMP internal radiotherapy were treated with 153Sm-EDTMP for the first time within 3d ~ 12d after 99Tcm-MDP bone imaging. The bone imaging results were compared visually (ROI) technique was used to measure the two imaging M / N ratio and its value was paired t-test statistical analysis. Results: The therapeutic dose 153Sm-EDTMP bone imaging M / N ratio was 2.63, higher than 99Tcm-MDP bone imaging M / N ratio 2.16. Therapeutic dose of 153Sm-EDTMP bone imaging better than 99Tcm-MDP. Conclusion: 153Sm-EDTMP treatment of bone metastases can be directly observed after imaging imaging of bone metastasis changes in the condition to save the use of some bone imaging agent 99Tcm-MDP.
