目的探讨改良版有氧健身舞对绝经女性骨密度和平衡性的影响。方法将52名绝经女性随机分为实验组(n=26)和对照组(n=26),实验组进行为期16周的改良版有氧健身舞练习,对照组按照常规习惯生活。在实验前、后记录两组的骨密度指标和平衡性指标。结果 (1)实验组与对照组在实验后的比较:实验组BUA值明显优于对照组(t=-4.63,P﹤0.01);实验组闭眼单脚站立指标与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(t=-2.16,P﹤0.01);实验组闭目原地踏步指标与对照组之间差异有统计学意义(t=-3.04,P﹤0.01)。(2)实验组在实验前后自身比较:实验组实验后的BUA值明显优于实验前(t=-4.81,P﹤0.01)。实验组实验后的闭眼单脚站立指标与实验前相比差异有统计学意义(t=-2.63,P﹤0.01)。实验组实验后的闭目原地踏步指标与对照组之间差异有统计学意义(t=-3.27,P﹤0.01)。结论自编改良版的有氧健身舞可显著改善绝经女性的骨密度和平衡性状况,是一种科学有效的健身手段。
Objective To explore the effect of modified aerobic exercise on the bone mineral density and balance of postmenopausal women. Methods Fifty-two menopausal women were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 26) and control group (n = 26). The experimental group received a modified version of aerobic exercise dance for 16 weeks and the control group received routine exercise. Before and after the experiment, the bone mineral density index and the balance index of the two groups were recorded. Results (1) Comparison of experimental group and control group after experiment: BUA in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group (t = -4.63, P <0.01) Statistical significance (t = -2.16, P <0.01); There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (t = -3.04, P <0.01). (2) Compared with the experimental group before and after the experiment: the BUA value in experimental group was significantly better than that before experiment (t = -4.81, P <0.01). There was significant difference between the experimental group and the unilateral eyes after standing eyes (t = -2.63, P <0.01). There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (t = -3.27, P <0.01). Conclusion The modified version of aerobics can significantly improve the bone mineral density and balance of menopausal women, which is a scientific and effective fitness method.
