长期以来,我国货运配载业存在着因车、货信息交流不畅而导致的货运实载率低、运输组织落后、运输效率与效益不高等诸多矛盾。为解决这些矛盾,一些企业率先进行了道路货运信息服务的尝试,并将之作为提高运输效率与综合效益的手段之一,取得了一定的成效。例如,四川成都、辽宁沈阳、河南焦作等大型集散地或中心城市,都在规划或已建成具备相当规模和服导功能的货运信息服务组织。浙江温州市南方货运信息交流中心也在这方面做出了一定成绩。目前,据不完全统计,我国中等以上城市以提供货运信息服务为主业的企业已逾千家,但从全国范围来看,这项工作尚处于起步阶段,需要研究的问题
For a long time, there are many contradictions in the freight transportation industry in our country, such as low cargo carrying rate, backward transport organization, low transportation efficiency and low efficiency due to the poor communication between vehicles and goods. In order to solve these contradictions, some enterprises have taken the lead in trying out the road freight information service and have achieved some success as one of the means to improve transportation efficiency and overall profitability. For example, large-scale distribution centers or central cities such as Chengdu in Sichuan, Shenyang in Liaoning, Jiaozuo in Henan are planning or have completed the construction of freight information service organizations with considerable scale and service guidance capabilities. Wenzhou, Zhejiang Southern Freight Information Exchange Center also made some achievements in this regard. At present, according to incomplete statistics, there are more than a thousand enterprises in the cities above middle-level in China that provide freight information services. However, from a national perspective, this work is still in its infancy and needs to be studied
