玉米茎腐(青枯)病优势病原菌有Pythiumgraminicola,P.inflatum,Fusariumgramin-earum,F.moniliforme。在对玉米的致病过程中,首先是由Pythiumspp.造成主根系的逐渐病腐而致供水不足形成地面上的青枯症状,随后Fusariumspp.在病株内的演替过程中,逐渐取代Pythiumspp.而形成一定的优势,这是许多研究者在玉米病株的不同时期不同部位分离出不同病原菌的主要原因。本研究同时表明Pythiumspp.在高湿缺氧的土壤条件下,其致病作用优于Fusariumspp.。
