磷是国民经济发展必须的重要矿产资源,由于其难以再生的特点,它的消耗将造成严重的资源流失,各种含磷产品的消费对水体等自然环境也会产生巨大影响。本文以科学发展观为指导,贯彻循环经济理念,从磷矿资源产业全生命周期出发, 运用灰色系统方法建立其动态模型,在此基础上对现状发展趋势及各项循环经济策略实施效果进行定量描述和情景分析,考察磷资源的利用和环境影响状况,比较优劣,得到结论以指导实践,具有重要意义。
Phosphorus is an important mineral resource necessary for national economic development. Because of its difficult to regenerate, its consumption will cause serious resource loss. The consumption of various phosphorus products will also have a huge impact on the natural environment such as water bodies. Guided by the concept of scientific development, this paper implements the concept of circular economy. Based on the whole life cycle of phosphate industry, the paper uses gray system method to establish its dynamic model. On the basis of this, it quantitatively quantifies the status quo and the implementation of various circular economy strategies Description and scenario analysis, examine the utilization of phosphorus resources and environmental impact status, compare the advantages and disadvantages, and draw conclusions to guide practice, of great significance.
