为了保证生产和人身安全,应监测环境中可燃气体和有毒气体的浓度。本设计以STC89C52单片机为控制芯片,整个电路采用模块化设计,由单片机最小系统模块、按键模块、显示模块、无线传输模块和报警电路组成,实现了可燃气体检测系统的功能。整个系统烟雾由MQ-2传感器对烟雾浓度进行检测,通过AD采集芯片进行模数转换,数据可通过n RF905无线模块进行数据收发。
In order to ensure production and personal safety, the concentration of flammable and toxic gases in the environment should be monitored. The design of the STC89C52 microcontroller as the control chip, the entire circuit using a modular design, the smallest single-chip system modules, key modules, display modules, wireless transmission modules and alarm circuits to achieve a combustible gas detection system functions. The smoke of the entire system was detected by MQ-2 sensor for smoke concentration. The chip was digitized and converted by AD acquisition chip. The data could be sent and received by n RF905 wireless module.
