提出了有害气体事故排放隐患对环境影响危害程度进行定量预测的工作程序，阐述了有害气体事故排放源强、环境中浓度的预测模式及适用情况,危害程度分级标准及方法。
The working procedure of quantitatively predicting the harm degree of environmental impact caused by the hidden danger of harmful gas accident was put forward. The prediction model of emission source of harmful gas accident and concentration in environment, as well as the applicable standards and methods of classification of hazardous degree were described.
