目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(Nar ow-Band Ultravile B，NB-UVB)治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法选取2013年03月~2014年l2月来我院接受治疗的白癜风患者78例，随机分为两组，对照组患者采用常规药物治疗，观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上采用窄谱中波紫外线治疗。比较两组的治疗有效率和不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为82.1豫，对照患者的治疗有效率为51.3豫，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(0.05)。结论白癜风患者在常规药物治疗的基础上加用窄谱中波紫外线治疗的效果显著，不良反应少，值得临床推广和应用。“,”Objective To explore the nar ow band UVB (Narrow-Band Ultravile B,NB-UVB)the clinical ef icacy of the treatment of vitiligo.Methods 2013~2014 months to our hospital for treatment of vitiligo patients 78 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,basic observation group in conventional drug therapy the use of nar ow-band UVB therapy.Comparison of the two groups of treatment ef ectiveness and adverse reactions.Results The ef ective rate was 82.1%in the control patients was 51.3%ef ective treatment,observation group than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( 0.05).
