目的:观察越鞠保和胶囊对模型动物胃排空和小肠推进的影响,并与越鞠保和丸进行药效比较,探讨其调节胃肠功能的作用特点。方法:对阿托品致胃肠运动抑制的小鼠给予越鞠保和胶囊,含生药1,2,4 g.kg-1口服5 d,以吗丁啉(20 mg.kg-1)为阳性药,观测对模型动物胃肠中酚红推进率,评定越鞠保和胶囊对该模型的治疗功效。结果:越鞠保和胶囊高剂量可明显推进到肠三段、肠四段,越鞠保和胶囊中剂量可明显推进到肠三段。结论:越鞠保和胶囊生药2,4 g.kg-1可对抗阿托品造模所形成的胃肠阻滞,有提高胃肠推进的作用,对机体的胃肠机能有一定的促进作用。
