教师的个人素养是教学改革成功的核心关键所在,随着近年来,我国素质教育的逐渐深入,美术教师的个人素养问题成为了人们所关注的焦点。在大力提倡素质教育的今天,美术教师个人素养已经在初中美术教育中占据了了不可缺少的地位。缺乏了个人素养的教师所进行的美术教学就像无源之水、无本之木。本文从加强教师自身教研建设、提升自身品质和人格魅力、改进教学模式,激发学习兴趣三大方面展开详细分析。
Teachers’ personal accomplishment is the key to the success of teaching reform. With the gradual deepening of quality education in China in recent years, the personal qualities of art teachers have become the focus of attention. Vigorously advocating quality education in today’s art teacher’s personal qualities has been occupied in junior high school art education an indispensable position. The lack of personal accomplishment of the art teaching conducted by teachers is like passive water, without the wood. This article analyzes in detail the three aspects of strengthening teachers’ own teaching and research, enhancing their own quality and charisma, improving their teaching mode and stimulating their interest in learning.
