GB 29938-2013《食品安全国家标准食品用香料通则》已于2014年6月1日实施,GB 30616-2014《食品安全国家标准食品用香精》将于2014年11月1日实施。由于原有的相关标准仍然同时存在,就这两个新标准如何执行,行业内的许多生产企业存在一些困惑,希望能够明确有关的执行问题。国家卫生计生委食品司先后于2014年6月13日和2014年9月5日分别以“国卫食品标便函[2014]122号”和“国卫食品标便函[2014]184号”作了答复。具体如下:
