根据我校四年多来对主题中队会的实践与探索,我认为主题中队会应突出“四性”才能更好地发挥出示范、指导作用。一、主题的鲜明性主题中队会的主题要尽量突出,意味深长,而且主题要小,内容要挖掘得深,有一定的教育意义。二、内容的针对性主题队会的内容直接影响其教育效果。辅导员在设计中,应尽量适合少年儿童的兴趣爱好,具有中队特色,要深思熟虑,由浅入深,由点到面,层层展开。三、形式的活泼性主题中队会应将主题内容贯穿在活动全过程,以多种活泼的形式表现出来。让队员们在不知不觉、潜移默化中受到教育,提高觉悟,增长知识,锻炼能力。 According to our practice and exploration of the thematic squadron meeting for more than four years, I think the theme squadron should give prominence to the “four characteristics” in order to give play to the role of demonstration and guidance.
