目的 :对新新肝康片进行质量控制 ,对其主要药物进行定性鉴别 ,并建立了五味子甲素、丹参酮ⅡA 的定量测定方法。方法 :采用TLC法对五味子、丹参、进行定性鉴别 ,并用薄层双波长锯齿与线性扫描法分别测定了五味子甲素、丹参酮ⅡA 的含量。结果 :五味子甲素、丹参酮ⅡA 的含量分别为 0 .6 0 2、0 .376mg·g-1,回收率为 96 .89%、96 .6 8%。结论 :本法稳定可靠 ,可作为该制剂质量控制指标。
Objective: To control the quality of Xinxingankang tablets, identify the main drugs, and establish a quantitative method for the determination of schisandrin A and tanshinone IIA. Methods: The qualitative identification of Schisandra chinensis and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was carried out by TLC method. The content of schizandrin A and tanshinone II A were determined by thin-layer dual-wavelength sawtooth and linear scanning method, respectively. Results : The contents of schisandrin and tanshinone IIA were 0.602, 0.364 mg·g-1, respectively, and the recoveries were 96.89% and 96.6%. Conclusion : This method is stable and reliable and can be used as an indicator for quality control of the preparation.
