为满足不同空调企业的产品设计需求,本文开发了结合用户数据的空调器性能仿真平台。为实现平台的通用性,本文开发了通用的部件模型,包括基于理论的压缩机拟合模型、能够处理制冷与制热多运行模式的换热器模型、以及考虑压缩机背压影响的通用仿真算法。为实现良好的数据交互,仿真平台应用动态链接库技术对用户数据进行利用与保护。根据企业的实验验证反馈,该软件具有良好精度。
In order to meet the product design requirements of different air-conditioning enterprises, this paper developed an air conditioner performance simulation platform combining user data. In order to realize the universality of the platform, a general component model has been developed, which includes a theory-based compressor fitting model, a heat exchanger model capable of handling multiple cooling and heating modes and a general simulation considering the effect of compressor backpressure algorithm. In order to achieve good data exchange, the simulation platform uses dynamic link library technology to utilize and protect user data. According to the company’s experimental feedback, the software has good accuracy.
