在磷酸介质及加热条件下,铱(IV)对高碘酸钾氧化二安替比林邻氯苯基甲烷(DAoCM)显色反应有明显的催化作用,由此建立了测定痕量铱的催化分光光度分析法。其检出限为280×10-9g/ml,铱的含量在0~0024μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律,并且测定了一些动力学参数。本方法应用于岩矿中痕量铱的测定,其结果满意。
Under the condition of phosphoric acid medium and heating, iridium (IV) has obvious catalytic effect on the color reaction of o-chlorobenzyl methane (DAoCM) oxidized by potassium periodate, and thus a catalytic system for the determination of trace iridium Spectrophotometric analysis. The detection limit was 2 80 × 10-9g / ml. The content of iridium was in the range of 0-0024μg / ml. Beer ’s law was obeyed and some kinetic parameters were determined. The method is applied to the determination of trace amounts of iridium in rock and mine with satisfactory results.
