针对复混肥生产中磷素活性退化与酸碱度的变异,通过实验研究不同碳酸氢铵添加量、不同反应温度和不同反应时长对磷素活性和pH值的影响。研究结果表明:生产中控制反应温度在90℃左右、反应时长小于40min条件下,控制磷酸一铵和碳酸氢铵添加量的质量比为5∶1左右,反应产物pH值在中性左右,能有效防止磷素退化,提高复混肥中磷素活性。
According to the variation of phosphorus activity and pH in compound fertilizer production, the effects of different amounts of ammonium bicarbonate, different reaction temperature and different reaction time on the activity of phosphorus and pH value were studied experimentally. The results showed that the mass ratio of the amount of monoammonium phosphate and ammonium bicarbonate was about 5:1 and the pH value of the reaction product was about neutral when the reaction temperature was controlled at 90 ℃ and the reaction time was less than 40min. Effectively prevent the degradation of phosphorus and improve the activity of phosphorus in the compound fertilizer.
