对于每一个企业而言,企业员工的综合素质、组织结构运转效率与核心技术水平是促进其不断发展的根本动力与基础。而作为企业中创新精神与创造力最强的群体,青年员工的工作热情以及综合素质的高低直接影响到企业未来的发展。本文主要分析了基层水电企业青年与共青团工作目前所面临的主要问题,并提出了相关的解决对策,希望能够有效推动水电企业团青工作的创新与改革,促进水利企业青年的成长与发展,进而推动水电企业的可持续发展。
