2012年6月在某石化炼油厂加氢精制装置压力容器定期检验中,测厚检测发现脱H_2S塔塔顶气冷却器筒体厚度普遍12mm,底部最小厚度10.8mm,比设计厚度14mm减薄3.2mm,减薄较严重,后对该冷却器组(两台冷却器串联)进行抽芯检验,可清楚看到两台冷却器筒体内表面腐蚀较严重,特别是筒体底部腐蚀更严重。冷却器外形见图1,筒体底部内表面腐蚀见图2。
In June 2012, during the periodic inspection of the pressure vessel of hydrotreating unit in a petrochemical refinery, the thickness of the de-H 2 S tower overhead gas cooler was 12mm, the minimum thickness of the bottom was 10.8mm, thinner than the designed thickness of 14mm 3.2 mm, thinning more serious, after the cooler group (two coolers in series) for core-pulling inspection, we can clearly see the two cooler inner surface of the cylinder corrosion is more serious, especially the bottom of the cylinder corrosion more serious.
