测量了126只新生儿眼球的周长及4条直肌长度和附着点位置。结果:新生儿眼球水平面周长为52.10±0.13mm。内、外直肌平均总长度分别为29.72±1.92mm和31.41±1.76mm。肌腱长度分别为4.49±0.68mm和4.98±0.79mm。上、下直肌肌腱长度分别为4.01±0.73mm和4.19±0.75mm。各直肌附着点距角膜缘分别为:内直肌4.48±0.66mm,外直肌5.10±0.58mm,上直肌5.59±0.57mm,下直肌4.84±0.55mm。在新生儿眼球上眼外肌每移位1mm,斜视矫正不等于5°,婴幼儿眼外肌手术量与成人和年长儿童有较大差异。
The circumference of the eye of 126 newborns and the length and attachment points of 4 rectus muscles were measured. Results: The neonatal eye circumference was 52.10 ± 0.13mm. The average length of the medial and lateral rectus were 29.72 ± 1.92mm and 31.41 ± 1.76mm, respectively. Tendin length were 4.49 ± 0.68mm and 4.98 ± 0.79mm, respectively. Upper and lower rectus tendon length were 4.01 ± 0.73mm and 4.19 ± 0.75mm. The rectus abdominis attachment points from the limbus were: 4.48 ± 0.66mm, 4.10 ± 0.58mm, 4.69 ± 0.57mm, 4.84 ± 0.55mm. In the neonatal eye extraocular muscle displacement of 1mm, strabismus correction is not equal to 5 °, infants and young children extraocular muscle surgery and adults and older children are quite different.
