当前,全国各族人民,正在为贯彻落实英明领袖华主席抓纲治国的战略决策而努力奋斗。全国各条战线揭批“四人帮”的人民战争正在乘胜前进,推动着各方面的工作。扫除四害,繁荣了科学。采矿事业的迅速发展向岩石力学提出了许多新的迫切的课题,矿山建设的实践也有力地驳斥了“四人帮”胡说什么理论科学研究“三百年后有用”的反动谬论。本讲我们将着重批判岩石力学领域中某些影响较大、流毒较深的错误方法和论点,因为这些错误的东西是资产阶级唯心论的货色,必须加以清除;而对于那些技术上的错误,也必须加以澄清,以使岩石力学在采矿工程中能发挥更大的、更好的作用。 At present, the people of all ethnic groups across the country are making every effort to implement the strategic decision made by Chairman Hua, who is a wise leader, and guides the country with the rule of state. The practice of mine construction strongly refutes the reactionary fallacies that the “gang of four” nonsense what the theoretical scientific research is “useful after three hundred years.” This article will focus on criticizing some of the most influential and poisoned methods and arguments in the field of rock mechanics because these erroneous things are the goods of bourgeois idealism and must be cleared of them. For those who make technical mistakes, It must also be clarified that rock mechanics can play a larger and better role in mining engineering.
