建立了一种高效液相色谱法同时测定16%辛硫磷·多菌灵悬浮种衣剂有效成分含量的分析方法。用Novapak C8不锈钢色谱柱,甲醇∶水∶四氢呋喃=60∶40∶20(V/V)为流动相,在254 nm波长下对16%辛硫磷·多菌灵悬浮种衣剂进行定量分析。辛硫磷和多菌灵的线性相关系数分别为0.997和0.998,标准偏差分别为0.034和0.058,变异系数分别为0.422%和0.719%,平均回收率分别为99.2%和99.4%。该方法操作简便,快速,准确,是辛硫磷·多菌灵悬浮种衣剂中有效成分的理想检测方法。
A method for the simultaneous determination of 16% phoxim and carbendazim suspended seed coating by HPLC was established. The Novapak C8 stainless steel column, methanol: water: tetrahydrofuran = 60:40:20 (V / V) was used as the mobile phase to quantitatively analyze the 16% phoxim-carbendazim suspension coating at 254 nm. The linear correlation coefficients between phoxim and carbendazim were 0.997 and 0.998, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.034 and 0.058 respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.422% and 0.719%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.2% and 99.4%, respectively. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and is an ideal method for detecting the active ingredients in phoxim · carbendazim suspension coating.
