随着我国城市化进程的不断加深,城市道路交通的拥挤压力在不断的增大,给市民在出行上与工作上带来了巨大的不便,使地方政府疲于应付交通问题而没有把全力的侧重点放在经济的建设上,最后城市在经济发展上不但达不到预定的目标,还有可能导致逆城市化现象的过早与畸形出现。因此,如何利用到地下空间或者空中优势,把一部分出行的市民进行引流到由政府为主导的交通方式上也就成为未来城市交通发展的主要方向。本文主要从地铁建设的相关工作出发,对其在可持续融资路径上进行浅析,以期能为我国相关城市在地铁融资工作上提供一份参考资料。
With the continuous deepening of urbanization in our country, the crowding pressure on urban road traffic continues to increase, which brings great inconvenience to citizens in traveling and work, making the local government tired of dealing with traffic problems without full efforts Emphasis will be placed on economic construction. In the end, cities will not only fail to achieve their intended goals in economic development, but may also lead to premature and abnormal de-urbanization. Therefore, how to utilize underground space or air superiority to divert some of the traveling public to the transportation mode dominated by the government also becomes the main direction of urban transportation development in the future. Based on the relevant work of subway construction, this article analyzes its sustainable financing path, with a view to provide a reference for metro financing in relevant cities in China.
