针对香港某体育馆出现的室内滴水问题,进行了理论研究和实测数据采集分析,结果显示,在湿热地区,夏季湿空气在屋顶多孔保温材料层中迁移并导致冷凝结露,冷凝水长期积聚会腐蚀和破坏围护结构,另外湿空气迁移会导致围护结构保温性能变差,增大建筑空调负荷。为了降低结露的风险,在湿热地区应避免使用高渗透率的多孔保温材料,同时应注意建筑围护结构中蒸汽控制层的合理位置和严密性。
Aiming at the indoor dripping problem in a gym in Hong Kong, theoretical analysis and data collection and analysis were conducted. The results show that in summer, wet air migrates in the porous roofing material layer and causes condensation and dew condensation. Long-term accumulation of condensate water can corrode And destroy the envelope, in addition to the migration of wet air will lead to deterioration of envelope insulation performance, increase the load on the building air conditioning. In order to reduce the risk of dew condensation, porous insulation materials with high permeability should be avoided in hot and humid areas. At the same time, attention should be paid to the proper position and tightness of the steam control layer in the building envelope.
