目的:了解初发、复发性高原肺水肿(pHAPE、rHAPE)在治疗前、后的一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的变化。方法:实验分为三组:①对照组(C组、16例),②pHAPE组(18例),③rHAPE组(10例);紫外线分光光度计测定NO、NOS、iNOS。结果:C组高于pHAPE和rHAPE组,P<0.05~P<0.01;两组治疗前低于治疗后,P<0.01;NO两组前前相比,P>0.05,两组后后相比,P<0.05;NOS、iNOS两组前前、后后相比,P<0.01。结论:缺氧引起了NO、NOS、iNOS的下降,以rHAPE更明显,治疗后分泌增加。这些改变提示它们在HAPE的发病机理中起了重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the changes of nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) before and after treatment in patients with primary pulmonary hypertension and recurrent pulmonary hypertension (pHAPE, rHAPE) . Methods: The experiment was divided into three groups: ① control group (C group, 16 cases), ②pHAPE group (18 cases), ③rHAPE group (10 cases); UV, NOS and iNOS were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Results: C group was higher than that of pHAPE group and rHAPE group, P <0.05 ~ P <0.01; before treatment, both groups were lower than before treatment, P <0.01; , P <0.05; NOS, iNOS compared before and after, P <0.01. Conclusion: Hypoxia caused a decrease of NO, NOS and iNOS, which was more pronounced with rHAPE and increased after treatment. These changes suggest that they play an important role in the pathogenesis of HAPE.
