工学一体化教学方式在技工教育中已经越来越得到重视,并且在一些条件好、师资力量强的学校形成了常态化教学方式。工学一体化教学模式将工作环境融入学校学习课堂,学习与工作实现了对接,学生与教师的课堂地位发生了变化。这种模式确实能有效解决学生走向社会后“学无所用”“学无所成”等问题。只是,工学一体化教学模式所要求的“工作场景”教学环境和优良丰富的师资配备让多数学校望而却步。在上述条件不足的情况下,通过对教学内容深入分析,充分挖掘现有设备潜力,以工学一体化理念为主线,对教学模式变革进行探索和总结。
The integration of teaching and learning in mechanics has drawn more and more attention in the education of mechanics and has become a normalized teaching method in some schools with good conditions and good teachers. The integrated teaching and learning model integrates the working environment into the school learning class, and the connection between learning and work has been achieved. The classroom status of students and teachers has changed. This model can indeed effectively solve the problem of students going to society, “learning nothing”, “learning nothing” and other issues. However, most of the schools are discouraged by the teaching environment of “integration of work and learning”, teaching environment of “working scene” and excellent and rich teaching staff. Under the above conditions, through in-depth analysis of the teaching content, fully tap the potential of existing equipment, the concept of integration of work as the main line, to explore and summarize the teaching reform.
