在砂型铸造中,铸件的直浇道一般都是直的,这是一种很普便的现象。在这种直浇道的使用上,铸件的浮渣作用大都是靠水口箱、浇口杯来完成的。但生产中往往受环境和工装的限制放水口箱很不方便,浇口杯也不能收到满意的效果,为此我们设计了一种阶梯型直浇道。这种直浇道的结构形式如图所示,其具体尺寸可按下列方法选取:φ_1取理论截面积;φ_2(截面积)=:1.5-2φ_1,(截面积),L_1=1/3L。
In sand casting, casting sprue is generally straight, this is a very common phenomenon. In the use of such sprue, casting scum effect mostly rely on the water tank, pouring cup to complete. However, production is often restricted by the environment and tooling outlet box is very inconvenient, the gate cup can not receive satisfactory results, therefore we designed a ladder-type sprue. This sprue structure as shown, the specific size can be selected as follows: φ_1 take the theoretical cross-sectional area; φ_2 (cross-sectional area) =: 1.5-2φ_1, (cross-sectional area), L_1 = 1 / 3L.
