振动桩锤具有适应工况范围广,沉桩效率高等优点,在桩基础施工领域中的应用日益广泛。对于不同类型的土壤,实现高效沉桩所需的激振频率和振幅有着很大差别,因此对振动桩锤激振频率和振幅控制的研究显得尤为重要。设计基于S7-1200和XC164硬件开发平台的振动桩锤检测与控制系统,讨论振动桩锤激振频率、变幅比检测原理,对锤-桩-土机电耦合系统进行动力学分析,对大惯性负载条件下的激振频率跟随特性进行数值仿真,在此基础上设计了振动沉桩激振频率与变幅比控制方法,并进行了振动沉桩试验,试验结果表明,控制方法对激振频率与变幅比的控制精度高,超调小,调整时间短,可满足工程要求。
Vibratory hammer has the advantages of wide range of working conditions and high pile driving efficiency. It is widely used in the field of pile foundation construction. For different types of soils, there is a great difference between the excitation frequency and the amplitude needed to achieve efficient pile driving, so it is very important to study the vibration frequency and amplitude control of vibrating pile hammer. Design and implementation of vibrating pile hammer detection and control system based on S7-1200 and XC164 hardware development platform. The vibration frequency and amplitude ratio detection principle of vibrating pile hammer are discussed. The dynamic analysis of hammer-pile-soil electromechanical coupling system is carried out. And then the numerical simulation of the excitation frequency under the condition of load is carried out. On the basis of this, the control method of the vibration excitation frequency and the amplitude-to-amplitude ratio of the pile sinking vibration is designed and the vibration pile driving test is carried out. The test results show that the control method, With the ratio of the control of high precision, small overshoot, adjust the time is short, to meet the engineering requirements.
