由国家外国专家局培训中心主办、江西省科技厅引进国外智力办公室承办的美国东部黑核桃培训班 ,于 2 0 0 0年 8月 1 8～ 2 4日在南昌市江西师范大学举行。来自湘、闽、皖、鄂、川、晋、赣、北京和内蒙等 9省市区的6 0余人参加了培训。培训班邀请了美国内布拉斯加州大学林肯分校 Organized by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs Training Center and introduced by the Office of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China on the eastern part of the United States, Black Walnut Training Courses, hosted by the Office of International Intelligence of Jiangxi Province, was held at Jiangxi Normal University in Nanchang City from August 18 to August 24, 2000.
