就像传统银盐影像时代各厂商不断改进配方推出功能更强大的胶卷一样,在数码影像时代,图像传感器同样是技术革新的重点。本文介绍的并不是通常意义上的像素数升级, 而是传感器结构上的改变。自从2000年富士推出蜂窝布局的超级CCD、2001年佳能EOS D30带来大尺寸CMOS传感器、2002年Foveon公司发布3个感色层重叠的X3传感器结构以来,图像传感器的基础架构这些年仿佛归于沉寂,没有什么激动人心的创新。最近索尼和富士又打破了长久的沉寂。
