建立科学合理且切合中职学校实际的教学质量评价体系,是深化职教改革、全面提升中职教学质量的重要组成部分,在一套系统、全面、科学的教学质量评价体系中,教师对教学质量的评价尤显关键。本文通过对武汉市中等职业学校教学质量教师评价10个维度的调查分析,研讨了武汉市中等职业教育教学中存在的问题,并提出了对策。
Establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system that meets the actual teaching quality of secondary vocational schools is an important part of deepening the reform of vocational education and improving the quality of secondary vocational education in an all-round way. In a systematic, comprehensive and scientific teaching quality evaluation system, teachers’ Quality evaluation is particularly critical. Through the investigation and analysis of 10 dimensions of teaching quality teachers in secondary vocational schools in Wuhan, this paper discusses the problems in secondary vocational education in Wuhan and puts forward countermeasures.
