研究了不同焊接电流对铜 钢复合板管板接头焊接性能的影响。对于大型换热器来说 ,在不进行预热的条件下 ,可以直接进行焊接。脉冲氩弧焊比直流氩弧焊更稳定可靠 ,其中方波脉冲和三角波脉冲是比较理想的波形。由于在脉冲电流的条件下 ,可以选用较大的峰值电流 ,避免了直流氩弧焊时电弧在起始位置的停留 ,同时减少了热量输入 ,因此焊接过程稳定 ,焊缝均匀。方波和三角波脉冲焊接工艺对手工焊和自动焊都是适用的。
The effects of different welding current on the welding performance of copper-steel clad plate and tube plate joints were studied. For large heat exchangers, welding can be performed directly without preheating. Pulse argon arc welding than DC TIG more stable and reliable, of which square wave pulse and triangular wave pulse is the ideal waveform. As the pulse current conditions, you can choose a larger peak current, to avoid the DC arc welding arc stop at the starting position, while reducing the heat input, so the welding process is stable, uniform weld. Square wave and triangular wave pulse welding process is suitable for manual welding and automatic welding.
