进入八十年代以来,日本汽车制造行业实行“海外设厂,就地生产、就地销售”的战略,有力地激励其汽车零部件厂家采取强力的向外推进机制,朝着同一个方向扩展。日本汽车制造厂高效的即时供应系统离不开与日本零部件厂家的默契和配合。如果易地生产而仍维持其优势,就必须继续其与零部件厂家之间的紧密关系。因而,主观上汽车制造厂和零部件厂双方都需要在新的生产区域形成新的即时供应系统。同时,日本汽车厂移植在海外的工厂生产力巳达相当规模,估计1990年仅在北美就可生产达230万辆,这在客观上也为日本零部件制造厂在相
Since the 1980s, Japan’s automobile manufacturing industry has implemented the strategy of “overseas factory building, local production and local sales”, effectively encouraging its auto parts manufacturers to adopt a strong outward push mechanism and expand in the same direction. Japanese auto manufacturers efficient real-time supply system can not be separated with the Japanese parts manufacturers tacit understanding and cooperation. If it is easy to produce while still maintaining its advantages, it must continue its close relationship with the parts manufacturers. Thus, both the subjective automaker and the parts plant need to create a new real-time supply system in the new production area.
