灌溉是干旱区农业生产与发展的根本保证。但在一些灌溉区因长期灌溉引起了地面塌陷、滑坡、土壤盐渍化和土地沙化等地质灾害问题， 严重影响着农业生产并造成了巨大的经济损失， 必须采取有效的防治对策和措施， 以保证农业的可持续发展。本文以甘肃省的几个灌区为例， 对其进行了分析探讨。
Irrigation is the fundamental guarantee for agricultural production and development in arid areas.
