单轴拉伸或压缩塑性形变在使具有较大半高宽值的硬状态材料的表面或基材的屈服强度得到提高的同时,却使它们的半高宽减小.喷丸表面及表层的半高宽大幅度减小,但表面的屈服强度却明显提高了.作者据此提出半高宽参量不能正确描述硬状态材料静强度性能的观点,并且认为这种材料的喷丸表面也获得了“加工硬化”,而不是许多研究者所说的“加工软化”
Uniaxial or compressive plastic deformation increases the yield strength of the surface or substrate of a hard state material having a larger FWHM while reducing its full width at half maximum. Shot peening surface and the surface of the half-width greatly reduced, but the surface yield strength was significantly improved. Based on this, the author proposes that the FWHM parameters do not correctly describe the static strength properties of hard-state materials and that the shot-peening surfaces of these materials are also “work-hardened,” not what many researchers call “softening”
