丹参药性自古多议,不同本草记载不一,《中药大辞典》确定其味苦、性微温,与丹参的临床功用表现相符。本研究通过运用已经建立的植物类中药药性的F值判别公式、稀土元素判别函数方程和二类中药功效(补血—补气、补血—活血化瘀)判别函数方程以及植物类中药无机元素威布尔分布公式,结合丹参功效的动物实验研究,并精确检测了丹参中42种无机元素的含量,拟对丹参药性进行较为深入的定量判别分析研
Salvia miltiorrhiza has been widely discussed since ancient times. Different herbal records are not the same. The Dictionary of Chinese Herbal Medicine determines its bitter taste and lukewarm sensibility, which is consistent with the clinical function of salvia miltiorrhiza. This study used the F value discriminant formula, the rare earth element discriminant function equation and the second class Chinese medicine efficacy (blood-invigorating, blood-invigorating and blood-activating) to determine the functional equations and the inorganic elements of botanical herbs Weibull. The distribution formula, combined with the animal experimental study of the efficacy of Salvia miltiorrhiza, accurately detected the contents of 42 inorganic elements in Salvia miltiorrhiza, and it is proposed to conduct a more in-depth quantitative discriminant analysis of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
