目的:研究百合科菝葜属植物黑刺菝葜(Smilax scobinicaulis C.H.Wright)根脂溶性化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、HP-20和Sephadex LH-20等分离手段对黑刺菝葜根脂溶性化学成分进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从脂溶性化学成分分离7个化合物。分别鉴定为:(1)β-sitosterol,(2)2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoate,(3)1-O-p-coumaroylglycerol,(4)ursolic acid,(5)blumenol A,(6)clemaphenolA,(7)1-O-feruloylglycerol。结论:化合物2~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the liposoluble chemical constituents of Smilax scobinicaulis C.H.Wright. Methods: The liposoluble chemical constituents of A. przewalschii were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, HP-20 and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were elucidated by spectral data analysis (1H-NMR and 13C-NMR). Results: Seven compounds were isolated from fat-soluble chemical components. (2) 2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoate, (3) 1-Op-coumaroylglycerol, (4) ursolic acid, clemaphenolA, (7) 1-O-feruloylglycerol. Conclusion: Compounds 2 ~ 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
