根据结构等强度优化理论,利用拉美公式优化得出凹模各层尺寸及层间过盈量,并得出平端面组合凹模的优化结构。将端面倾角和阶梯高度引入到有限元优化模型中,以各层最大等效应力达到材料许用应力值为优化目标,最终得到各优化参数值。与平端面组合凹模相比,有限元优化得到的阶梯式斜端面组合凹模总体直径和内层直径尺寸明显减小。
According to the optimization theory of structural isosceles, the size and inter-layer interference of each layer of the die are optimized by using the Latin American formula, and the optimized structure of the die with the flat end is obtained. The tip inclination and the height of the step are introduced into the finite element optimization model, and the maximum equivalent stress of each layer reaches the allowable stress value of the material as the optimization objective, and finally the optimal parameter values are obtained. Compared with the flat face composite die, the overall diameter and the inner diameter of the stepped inclined face composite die obtained by the finite element optimization are obviously reduced.
