波兰财政部正在积极寻找中国的投资者购买其国有控股Ciech化学公司旗下的Zachem附属公司。据悉,Zachem公司是波兰一家生产甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的亏损企业,也是该国唯一的TDI生产商,总部设在波兰Bydgoszcz。一家有意向的中国公司将有可能随同一个中方贸易代表团访问波兰,就此事进行商讨。
The Polish Ministry of Finance is actively looking for Chinese investors to buy Zachem’s subsidiary, which is owned by Ciech Chemical, a state-controlled company. Zachem is reported to be a loss-making Polish producer of tolylene diisocyanate (TDI) and the only TDI producer in the country, headquartered in Bydgoszcz, Poland. An interested Chinese company will likely visit Poland with a Chinese trade delegation to discuss the matter.
