在6例男性成年健康志愿者中,对头孢噻甲羧肟与头孢哌酮的药代动力学进行了交叉比较研究。单次静脉注射1克,二药药代动力学均符合二室模型。头孢噻甲羧肟与头孢哌酮的表观分布容积分别为16.05与11.95升,头孢噻甲羧肟的生物半衰期为1.93小时,头孢哌酮的生物半衰期为2.07小时。头孢噻甲羧肟的平均血清浓度虽比头孢哌酮稍低,但比较药效与血药浓度之间的关系,则头孢噻甲羧肟抑制大肠杆菌与克雷白氏肺炎杆菌生长的有效血药浓度持续时间明显比头孢哌酮长。
In 6 male adult healthy volunteers, the crossover study of ceftazidime and cefoperazone was carried out. A single intravenous injection of 1 g, two pharmacokinetics are in line with two-compartment model. The apparent volume of distribution of ceftazidime and cefoperazone was 16.05 and 11.95 liters, respectively. The biological half-life of ceftazidime was 1.93 hours and the biological half-life of cefoperazone was 2.07 hours. Although the average serum concentration of ceftazidime was slightly lower than that of cefoperazone, comparing the efficacy with the plasma concentration, ceftazidime inhibited the growth of E. coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae Drug duration was significantly longer than cefoperazone.
