以螟黄赤眼蜂、玉米螟赤眼蜂、松毛虫赤眼蜂密云品系、松毛虫赤眼蜂沈阳品系为标定物,采用DNA条形码技术,通过对线粒体DNA coi基因片段约680 bp碱基序列的测序及比对分析,邻接法构建系统发育树,对采自密云云县田间的分别寄生干杨扇舟蛾和玉米螟的赤眼蜂进行了分子检测。结果表明,已知4种赤眼蜂与田间寄生松毛虫赤眼蜂的coi基因同源性均达99%,且系统发育分析结果显示,都聚为一类。密云杨扇舟蛾-2013(MYYS-001)、密云杨扇舟蛾-2012(MYYS-002)、密云玉米螟-2013均为松毛虫赤眼蜂。
Trichogramma ostriniae, Trichogramma ostriniae, Trichogramma Trichogramma Miyun and Trichogramma Trichogramma Shenyang strains were used as calibration materials. By using DNA barcoding technique, the nucleotide sequence of about 680 bp in the mitochondrial DNA coi gene fragment , The phylogenetic tree was constructed by the contiguous method, and the molecular phytoplankton (Trichogramma ostriniae) from Trichostrobus trituberculatus and Ostrinia furnacalis collected from Miyun Yunxian field were also detected. The results showed that the coi gene homology between Trichogramma and Trichogramma were all 99%, and the results of phylogenetic analysis showed that they all clustered into one category. Miyun seagrass -2013 (MYYS-001), Miyun seagrass -2012 (MYYS-002), Miyun corn borer -2013 are Trichogramma trichogramma.
