人体恶性肿瘤化疗敏感试验目的是了解治疗前细胞毒药物的药效,以使化疗成功,通过细胞抑制剂的选择可以避免无效的化疗,免除有害的副作用。目前,化疗药物敏感试验主要应用以下三种方法:(1)短时培养方法;(2)琼脂克隆测定;(3)瘤细胞异种移植于无胸腺动物(裸鼠)。作者对人体卵巢癌和乳腺癌应用此等方法,并在方法、范围和临床预测可能性方面,将文献结果和作者自己经验加以比较,并分析各预测试验的临床意义。资料和方法
The purpose of the chemosensitivity test for human malignancies is to understand the efficacy of pretreatment cytotoxic drugs so that chemotherapy can be successful and ineffective chemotherapy can be avoided by the choice of cytostatics, eliminating unwanted side effects. At present, the chemotherapeutic drug sensitivity test mainly uses the following three methods: (1) short-term culture method; (2) agar cloning assay; (3) tumor cell xenografts in athymic animals (nude mice). The authors apply these methods to human ovarian and breast cancer and compare the literature findings with the author’s own experience in terms of the method, the scope and the clinical prediction possibilities, and analyze the clinical implications of each of the predictive tests.
