目的通过对一起学校菌痢暴发疫情的调查处置分析,了解疫情暴发的原因和特点,查找传染源和传播方式,为疫情防控提供科学依据和积累处置经验。方法核实诊断,主动搜素病例,调查疫情发生场所一般卫生和学生食宿情况,分析病例分布特征、病因和感染来源等情况。结果共发病40例,全部为4~6年级住校生,住校生罹患率为12.8%,2名患者和1名食堂工人粪便标本检出福氏志贺菌(3C型)。结论该起疫情是由福氏志贺菌引起的菌痢暴发,可能是由食堂工人中的带菌者污染学生使用的餐具而引起。
Objective To investigate the causes and characteristics of outbreaks of bacillary dysentery outbreaks in schools and find out the sources of infection and modes of transmission so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of epidemics and to accumulate and dispose of experience. Methods to verify the diagnosis, active search cases, investigation of the general health of the epidemic site and students accommodation, analysis of the distribution characteristics of cases, causes and sources of infection and so on. Results A total of 40 cases were found, all of them were grade 4-6 students. The attack rate of resident students was 12.8%. Stool samples of two patients and one canteen were positive for Shigella flexneri (type 3C). Conclusion The outbreak was caused by bacillary dysentery caused by Shigella flexneri, possibly caused by contamination of students’ tableware by carriers in cafeteria workers.
