父传子、师带徒的传统单一人才培养模式从源头上制约了雕刻技能人才培养的质和量,严重制约了红木产业的发展。为了促进木雕非遗技艺的传承,服务地方特色经济的发展,我们急需探索“工学结合、灵活学制”的人才培养创新模式,通过确立行业主体培养地位、组建专兼结合教师团队、开发项目驱动培养模块、完善人才培养评价项目来确保人才培养的质量,满足飞速发展的行业需求。
The traditional single talent training model of the father, the teacher and the disciple restricts the quality and quantity of carving skill talents from the source, seriously restricting the development of the mahogany industry. In order to promote the inheritance of wood carving non-heritage skills and serve the development of local characteristic economy, we urgently need to explore a new mode of talent cultivation and innovation for “combining work with learning and flexible system of study”. By establishing the status of industry main body, Drive training modules, improve the talent training evaluation project to ensure the quality of personnel training to meet the rapid development of the industry needs.
