目的 :建立HPLC法测定必酮碟泡囊剂中二丙酸培氯松的含量。方法 :采用Lichrospher 1 0 0RP 1 8色谱柱 ,乙腈 水 (75∶2 5)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 54nm。结果 :在 1 0～ 1 0 0 μg·ml 1 的范围内 ,呈良好的线性关系(r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 1 0 0 2 % ,RSD为 0 38% (n =6)。结论 :该法简便 ,快速 ,适宜于该制剂的质量控制 Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of PCP in PCD capsules. Methods: Lichrospher 1 0 0 RP 1 8 column and acetonitrile water (75:25) were used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254nm. RESULTS: A good linearity (r = 0.9999) was obtained in the range of 100-10000 μg · ml -1 with an average recovery of 100% and a RSD of 38% (n = 6) . Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and suitable for the quality control of the preparation
