我国扁线的拉制,以往大多在单模拉线机上进行,所以滑动问题不突出,配模要求也不高,一般是取较小的安全系数,以较大的截面减缩率来保证产品的表面质量。但是,近年来,扁线生产已广泛采用连续多模滑动式拉线机,生产效率大幅度提高。然而,配模问题仍受到习惯的影响,因此,拉制宽厚比较大的扁线时,中间常产生一道凹痕,甚至容易断裂,或者由于滑动率过大而造成机械擦伤;在拉制宽厚比小的扁线时,有四角不清现象。本文就目前常用的跳档配模法和同增配模法作一分析,同时将本厂经实践考验的等差减缩比配模法作一扼要介绍。

A small flat wire, there are four corners of the phenomenon. In this paper, the current commonly used jump file with the mold method and the same increase with a model for an analysis, at the same time, the factory has been tested by the practice of isometric reduction with a mode to make a brief introduction.
