食品是人类生命的能源,饮水、食品、水体受到大肠杆菌、鲍氏不动杆菌、柠檬酸杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和阴沟肠杆菌等菌群污染后,可导致疾病暴发流行。因此,大肠菌群快速检测技术对保证食品安全,为各项管理工作提供科学依据具有重要的作用。本文对大肠菌群与人体、食物、标准和常见检测方法进行简要概述,探讨其在营养与食品卫生检测的应用,为食品检验提供一定的参考。
Food is the energy of human life, drinking water, food, water contaminated by E. coli, Acinetobacter baumannii, Citrobacter, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobacter cloacae and other bacteria, can lead to disease outbreaks. Therefore, the rapid detection of coliforms technology to ensure food safety, for all management to provide a scientific basis has an important role. This article gives a brief overview of coliform bacteria and human body, food, standard and common detection methods to explore the application of nutrition and food hygiene testing, provide some reference for food inspection.
