据多年临床观察,在人工流产手术中,一部分受术者出现有脉缓、头晕、心慌、面色苍白、大汗淋漓等综合反应症状。例如,1979年2～7月,我院作人工流产2053例,出现综合反应症者45例,占2.13％。不仅是受术者的痛苦,而且影响手术顺利进行。 1979年5月以后,我院在人工流产手术中,采取了针刺防治综合反应症的措施,使综合反应症发生率显著下降,详见下页表:
