东莞市人民政府令第127号《东莞市古树名木保护管理办法》已经市人民政府同意,现予发布。市长袁宝成东莞市人民政府2012年10月26日第一条为加强我市古树名木的保护管理工作,根据《中华人民共和国森林法》、《城市古树名木保护管理办法》、《广东省城市绿化条例》等有关规定,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于我市行政区域内生长的古树名木的保护管理。 Dongguan City People’s Government Order No. 127 “Dongguan City, ancient and famous trees protection management approach” has the consent of the Municipal People’s Government, is now released.
