利用桐油与双环戊二烯不饱和聚酯(DCPD-UPR)主链上不饱和双键的Diels-Alder(D-A)反应合成了不同桐油含量的桐油基DCPD-UPR。利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、差热扫描量热仪(DSC)及热重分析仪(TG)对产物的分子量、分子量分布及热性能进行了表征。研究了桐油含量对桐油基DCPD-UPR浇注体力学性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)对其冲击断面形貌进行了分析。结果表明,较未改性的DCPD-UPR,桐油基DCPD-UPR的分子量增大、分子量分布变宽,耐热性和柔韧性更好;桐油基DCPD-UPR浇注体的断裂延伸率及冲击强度随桐油含量的增加逐渐增大,当桐油含量为10%时,桐油基DCPD-UPR综合性能最佳。
The tung oil-based DCPD-UPR with different tung oil contents was synthesized by Diels-Alder (D-A) reaction of unsaturated double bonds in the main chain of tung oil and dicyclopentadiene unsaturated polyester (DCPD-UPR). The molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and thermal properties of the product were characterized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The effect of tung oil content on the mechanical properties of tung oil-based DCPD-UPR castable was studied. The morphology of impact section was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that compared with unmodified DCPD-UPR, the molecular weight of tung oil-based DCPD-UPR increased, its molecular weight distribution broadened and its heat resistance and flexibility were better. The elongation at break and the impact strength of tung oil-based DCPD- With the increase of tung oil content increases, when the tung oil content of 10%, tung oil-based DCPD-UPR best overall performance.
